Wellness Retreats Update...
We are coming on to our 2nd year of the new Samahita Retreat Retreat Center and the addition of our Wellness Center next month. We have added a number of wellness and detox retreats running through the year. These retreats are a great opportunity to learn more about health and wellbeing and how to integrate the learning into your day-to-day life in a practical way.
One of the benefits of exploring new approaches to diet and wellbeing as a retreat group is the support you get from the other participants. Friendships can blossom and there is always laughter over shared detox experiences!.

This retreat focuses on positive lifestyle changes. An delicious diet is specially prepared for the retreat along with fresh vegetable and wheatgrass juices and a number of homemade, nutritious supplements to improve and ease digestion.
Afternoon sessions include a Healthy Cooking Class with our head Chef, how to make your own nutritional health supplements, neti (nasal cleansing) and the breath, self-massage and reflexology, and talks and discussions on healthy, balanced living.
